Welcome to Fishguts Inshore Charters. Sailing from Seaside Park NJ to the fantastic waters of Barnegat Bay and the inshore waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

We sail 7 days a week (weather permitting) from June to Sept primarily targeting:

Seabass, Blackfish and Fluke in the ocean and Weakfish, Summer Flounder and Blues in the calm protected waters of the Barnegat Bay.

We offer a wide variety of charter and open boat trips for 1-4 anglers from four to ten hours in length. Our specialty is giving charters the opportunity to target many species both in the bay and ocean on the same trip.

Thanks for a great season

As our season comes to a close I would like to personally thank all that fished and caught with us this season. It was a real pleasure to meet and make many new friends while enjoying some of the finest inshore fishing New Jersey has to offer. Other than some major computer issues it was one fine season. We will be kicking off our 2010 season in June targeting seabass on the wrecks and bluefish on the shallow waters of the bay. Trip gift certificates will be available around the holidays for that special gift that will give lasting memories along with a nice bag of fillets. Well the fishing has been great but the computer repairs were slow. Sorry to all the great fisherman with very good catches and not being able to post your pictures and reports. We are now finished running our seabass trips and now are targeting bay fluke and ocean blackfish for the remainder of the season. This summer saw some of the best seabassing in terms of size and numbers that I have ever experienced in my life time. It was just plain old great fishing all summer. In the last 2 weeks a massive push of fluke showed in the bay. Mixed in with the 10" to 17" fish are a nice mix of 18"to20" fluke and 1lb bluefish.The action is truly amazing and the total numbers of fish caught by the end of the trip are hard to believe.The ocean blackfishing has also been very good with the top fish so far a nice 27" 10.5lb slob and boat limits the norm with 15"to 16"fish. The fishing is about as good as it gets when it come to fast action and catching. Now is the time if you want fast action on light tackle. We will be running bay fluking,family fluking, and blackfish/fluke trips for the rest of the season. Call or email for more info
