Phil K seabass limits
captbirch_008.jpg Today I had the Phil K group for some inshore seabassing. Nice guys and nice weather make for a good day. Insane seabassing with fish up to 4lbs 13ounces makes for a great day. The guys had hoped to get enough fish for a nice bags of fillets. Well they will have enough fillets for all winter. A few shorts drifts over some structure is all it took to locate a nice body of fish. Once the anchor was set the guys had nice quaility fish flying over the rails. It did not take them long to reach their legal limit of 75 keepers with 6 fish over 3lbs. In addition to the seabass the guys landed 12 nice blackfish and two short cod that were returned to fight another day. A few nice bluefish on the way home topped of a great day. Plenty of bait and plenty of fish on the inshore grounds. It looks good for the next few weeks. I have a few days open next week for both open boat and charters trip. Please give a call or email for more details. Thanks for looking
