to Fishguts Inshore Charters. Sailing from Seaside Park NJ to the fantastic
waters of Barnegat Bay and the inshore waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
We sail
7 days a week (weather permitting) from June to Sept primarily targeting:
Seabass, Blackfish and Fluke in the ocean and Weakfish, Summer Flounder and Blues
in the calm protected waters of the Barnegat Bay.
We offer a wide variety of
charter and open boat trips for 1-4 anglers from four to ten hours in
length. Our specialty is giving charters the opportunity to target many species
both in the bay and ocean on the same trip.

7/20 Gary Jonhson wreck charter |

Today I had the pleasure of having Gary"King of the flat weight" Johnson and "H" out for another great day of wreckfishing. These two experienced fisherman caught well from the first drop of the day until it was time to go home. I had to work fast cutting bait and netting fish. Today saw many more short fish but still plenty of nice size keepers. With a nice box of seabass we set our sights on some blackfish. Gary was showing "H" how is was done by getting many nice size fish right off the bat. "H" had a slow start but got the hang of it with some of Gary's helpful pointers. By the time we called it a day the guys had 45 keeper seabass to 2.5lbs,3 ling, limit of blackfish to 16" and a 21 inch fluke. If you like to bottom fish it just does not get much better. Warm sunny weather,great people, and plenty of jumbo knuckle heads and blackfish. Call or email for more info on any trip we offer.
