Capt Rob "Birch" Birchmeier is a USCG licensed Captain and also holds a commercial vessel operators permit.

He has over 30 years of experience plying the waters of Barnegat Bay and the surrounding area.

From spending time in his youth supplying local tackle shops with fresh live bait and working commercial crab boats to more recently searching out little known inshore ship wrecks, he has spent thousands of hours on these his home waters.

Whether its popping for blues on the skinny waters of the flats, grass shrimping weakfish, or anchoring on a fishfilled wreck - this is his passion.

Capt Birch's number one priority is to ensure the safety and well being of all his charters.

His number 2 priority is to provide an enjoyable and memorable fish-catching experience.

The captain is very aware that clients work for their money; he, in turn, will work very hard to provide a pleasant memory-filled charter experience.
