Things to know when booking

• A $100.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking any date(no deposit needed for open boat trips)
• Balance is due in cash  prior to sailing
• Deposits are non refundable unless canceled 7 days prior to  scheduled trip
• No weapons or illegal drugs(all violators will be reported)
• No hard liquor(24 ounces of beer max per person)
• All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions and may be modified or canceled at the capt discretion
• Cancelation due to rain will be at the capt discretion but options will be discussed with the charter
• Trips canceled by the capt for weather or unforseen circumstances will be refunded or rescheduled at the charters choice

Fishguts is maintained for the safety and comfort of our passengers. Anyone carelessly damaging the vessel or its equipment (includes lost rod and reels) will be charged for repair or replacement.

Capt will contact the lead person of the charter the night before the schedule trip to confirm weather, sea conditions and departure time.
